Cancellation Policy

Miles Assist manages a dynamic marketplace of drivers and customers. To maintain reliability across the network, we enforce strict cancellation rules for both drivers sharing bookings and customers reserving rides.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly "Pro Driver" subscription at any time via the Miles Assist App. Once canceled, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After this date, your account will revert to the Basic (Free) tier.

2. Driver Booking Cancellations

Drivers who accept a shared booking from the network but subsequently cancel the ride are subject to the following:

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours prior: No penalty applied to the wallet profile rating.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: A platform penalty fee may apply, and consecutive cancellations will impact your trust rating which lowers priority in future booking broadcasts.

3. Customer Cancellations

Customers booking intercity cabs through the network may cancel under the following terms:

  • Free cancellation up to 12 hours before scheduled departure.
  • Cancellations within 12 hours of departure may incur a 15% cancellation fee which goes directly to the scheduled driver.

4. Partner Terms

Hotels and Restaurants terminating their partnership with Miles Assist must provide a 15-day notice via the partner portal to allow for wallet settlement clearing and removal from active route suggestions.
